tiring day
overall... today was a tiring day.. went to a construction site today, Casablanca Condo @ Woodlands.... Tell u wat! i hate wearing helmet... so silly though it protects ur life~
have to wear covered shoes... and that nice nice helmet.. duhz... (my friends and I went to wash that smelly helmets with soap.. wahahaa) i swear that it smells!!! yucks
oh ya... my leg got blister liao lah~~
cant blame me though.... my addidas shoes really need somebody to wear it...
and that someone is me.... lalalaa.... used 3 plasters on my blister...
but.. in the end cannot tahan... bought a pair of new shoes in causeway... =X
back to the construction site...
we were suppose to look @ how things were constructed... (post and beam structure)
quite horrible... imagine going into a building that is 1/2 build? frightening huh?
The Lift
Look @ that construction lift... it look so unreliable... as if it might fall any moment... BuT... I enjoy it!! after all, it's my 1st time taking this type of lift... We also saw how columns were connected and how slabs were placed... And i have to salute those workers!!! They sure aren't afraid of the height... arG.. imagine climbing a ladder when u are juz directly on the edge of the building? Eeee... scary!

It rained shortly after that... (when all of us are @ that open area... )
Thus our gp went back to the already-constructed unit.. and that engineer explain to us how the slabs, columns, services... blah blah blah works... yupyup~
oh ya... That engineer is damm funny loh! he thought that we were studying structure engineering.... and he INSULTED THE ARCHITECTS... saying that we are dumb people... imagine how ken look like? =P hahaa~
That engineer also stated that we architects are dreamer... where we live in our own world of reality. And.. them, the engineers were the one who fulfil our 'dream' into reality.... (something like tat lah) ARg... as if they are that great.
Insulting huh?
Now i understand why structure engineer and Architect cant work together...
I voiced out @ 5:21 PM
